The Weld Re-4 School District, in conjunction with the Windsor Severance Education Association, has provided this page of resource contact information for various community needs.  If you or anyone you know needs these services, please use the information below.  The District nor the Association endorses any of the listed sources or agencies specifically, but is providing the list as a guide for our community.  There may be fees involved for some services.  Please contact the resources directly for additional information.

School Counseling Offices: 

You may contact your school's counseling office to obtain information and resources for a variety of subjects including:
